B L W Engine Valves is a leading and reputed organization engaged in the manufacture of engine valve since 1968. The organization is engaged in the manufacturing of valve for oil engines, automobiles, tractors, stationary engines with high grade valve steel series like EN52, EN54, EN59 (214 N) non magnetic valve. We are also the leading manufacturer of valve inserts since 1985.
At BLW Engine Valve, a dedicated team of engineers & technocrats ensure to deliver a right product & maintain strict vigil & quality controls at every step of manufacturing. With a valuable expertise of about three decades, the organization has proudly won the trust and confidence of its reputed clients offering quality products at competitive prices. We have been catering approximately half of our production to the domestic market and rest to the export market, for the last twenty years.

The company puts highest emphasis on ensuring the quality of its products. It has a mechanical and chemical testing laboratory facility equipped with spectro meter (chemical composition and micro structure). BLW Valve has a quality assurance plan in accordance with ISO 9002.

B L W Engine Valves boasts of a word class infrastructure that includes machine shop, with auto copying lathes George Fisher (Switzerland), valve seat grinder (Germany), centre less grinders (India), turning and grooving lathes (Germany), PLC copy lathes. We use German technology for manufacturing engine valve. We also specialize in Bi- metal (half magnetic and half non magnetic) engine valve for high speed engines like Cummins, John Deer and duetz.

Our transparent and fair business practices has made us a reliable name in the developed and demanding markets of UK, Iran, Syria, Jordan, Middle east and African countries.

We are Manufacturers of wide range of products that include 1.Engine Valve :- Our valve is used in internal combustion engine are made from different materials to operate under different conditions and are capable of longer periods of trouble free operation. High grade valve steel series like EN52, EN54, EN59 ( 214 N ) is used for exhaust valve so that the valve can resist corrosion caused by high temperature gases. - Types of Valve :- Single metal, 2 Pcs construction (Bi-metal), Seat stellited & tip hard, Stainless steels with or without tuff-triding, Hard chrome on stems - Valve Seat Inserts :- Valve seat inserts are used to extend the life of valve seat. The different type of materials are used to manufacture valve seat inserts. The valve seats are made from chrome alloy steel. Chrome alloy steel valve seats have high wear resistance at high temperatures. They are suitable for use in light; allow aluminium and cast iron cylinder heads.
