Incorporated in 1987, Aay Jay Exports (India), is engaged in the manufacture and export of auto spare parts such as automobile pistons and crank shafts. We are absolutely committed towards manufacturing products with high precision and durability. We try to meet customers' changing expectations and needs consistently while being cost effective in all operations.

We are driven by technology and motivated to achieve customer satisfaction through quality products, competitive pricing and timely delivery. This has enabled us export in countries like Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Syria and Srilanka.

We have a well equipped manufacturing unit with state of art machineries. We are equipped with latest production facilities such as CNC Turning Center(ACE), Lathes(SPM), Milling & other equipment. Our manufacturing processes have been set up to incorporate any changes in technical specifications and we provide need based training for employees at all levels.

Equipped with all day to day quality control measuring instruments, we have a detailed inspection tie up for grain spectro chemical analysis, load breaking test, tensile test, crack detection test, grain structures etc. We have a leading physical and metallurgical laboratories approved by Bureau Indian Standards and we assure to provide our valued customers all metallurgical reports.

We are absolutely committed towards manufacturing products with high precision and durability 1.Automobile Pistons, with pins & cir clips :- We manufacture high performance, high quality pistons for numerous applications in the Automobile Industry. The automobile pistons are engineered and built to the strictest standards. 2.Sleeves & Liners :- Sleeves & Liners are manufactured from metals such as pig iron, steel, high strength cast iron with high priced alloying elements like molybdenum, chromium, nickel and copper. 3.Bimetal Bearings & Bushes :- We supply good quality Bimetal Bearings and Bushes for all range of Automobile Engines, Marine Engines, Agricultural Engines & Industrial Engines. 4.Crank Shafts, Cam Shafts & Connecting Rods :- Crank Shafts, cam shafts and connecting rods manufactured by us are precision machined to the exact requirements and we create each part to insure exact dimensions. 5.Valves & Tappets :- The designs of Piston Rings are based on detailed engineering drawings and are made in the necessary lengths and widths, and in various thickness to ensure proper tension and to prevent any possibility of clogging. 6.Dash Board Instruments :- We offer world class dash-board instruments and accessories, as per the international standards. The instruments produced are suitable for cars, trucks, tractors, two wheelers, stationary engines and other allied applications. 7.Steering Shafts & Components :- We have the expertise to custom design steering shafts and components for any steering application. We meet the stringent durability and packaging requirements.
