We introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of Phenoxy Herbicides i.E. 2, 4-D and its esters and amines here in India since 1989. We have a production capacity of over 1000 Mt. Per annum.

Aero Agro Chemical Industries Ltd., a Public Limited Company is registered with the Registrar of Companies, India having a Authorised Capital of INR 14 Million and has a Turnover of over INR 100 Million. Our Manufacturing facility is located at Bhanpuri Industrial Area, Raipur (C.G.). Raipur is the capital of Chhattisgarh State and is centrally located on the Indian Map hence gaining territorial advantage and vulnerability to all the major port cities of India for exports.

We have a well equipped lab with qualified staff and Technical persons in our factory for testing of our product at every point of production to ensure the quality. We are capable of making the formulations of Amines and Esters as per the requirements of our honoured customers.

The raw materials required by us are indigenously available in India and the same are also imported from other countries from time to time. The principal raw materials required by us are Phenol, Chlorine, Monochloro Acetic Acid, Caustic Soda etc.

We are regularly exporting the herbicides manufactured by us to various Developed and Developing countries of the world. We have a good and prospective market in South East Asian Countries, Latin American Countries, West Asian Countries, Europe, C.I.S., Africa and Sri Lanka etc. We hold a major share in the Indian Market also.

AACIL is a leading enterprise in India manufacturing Technical as well as Formulations of Phenoxy Herbicides i, e., 2, 4-D and its allied products since 1989.The products here are manufactured under strict quality control. Our products are "ISI" marked (i.E. These products are quality marked by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) which is a Government of India undertaking to control quality of products manufactured within India by laying quality norms and has premium recognition in India. The certification to a product is only given after repeated quality test by the association personnel's at the respective company?s factory premises regularly from time to time. The products manufactured are: 2, 4-D Sodium Salt 80% WP 2, 4-D Acid Technical 98% 2, 4-D Amine Salt 720 g/l 2, 4-D Amine Salt 600 g/l 2, 4-D Amine Salt 480 g/l 2, 4-D Ethyl Ester (Technical) 2, 4-D Ethyl Ester 38% EC 2, 4-D Ethyl Ester 20% WP 2, 4-D a member of the phenoxy family herbicides was the first successful selective herbicide developed, was introduced in 1946 and rapidly became the most used herbicides in the world. After 50yrs of use, 2, 4-D is still the third most herbicide in the United States & Canada and the most widely used worldwide. The reason for widespread popularity of 2, 4-D and its allied products is because it is still the cheapest herbicide available till date on unit acreage basis as well as efficacy wise. The reason being that lower doses yields effective control of broad leaved dicot weeds. Another reason is 2, 4-D being easily soluble in water and other solvents results in rapid penetration through the leaves to the soil hence increases efficacy of the crop and is a safe herbicide in connection with accumulation in the soil and phytotoxcity. The maximum persistency of 2, 4-D in soil is one month.2, 4-D also increases the efficacy of the soil and is also used as a plant growth hormone if used in small quantities in some crops leading to its popularity all over the world. 2, 4-D, a member of the phenoxy family of herbicides, are low in toxicity to humans & animals.2, 4-D is readily excreted in the urine of animals & human and does not bioaccumulate.2, 4-D is a highly mobile compound that may readily disperse. Biodegradation is the primary route of loss from water and soil, with additional looses from photodegration. The product after degradation is CO2. 2, 4-D is completely degraded within 1-5 months by dealkylation, ring hydroxylation, or-hydroxylation. 2, 4-D being fully soluble in water is compatible with other non-selective herbicides like glyphosate, paraquat, diuron, dicamba etc and by mixing in different proportion yields in total control of mixed weed population.
