Saz Metals was founded in the year 1978 to manufacture Non-ferrous alloys and castings. It is situated in the highly developed industrial belt of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation Pune which is one of the largest in India. It is spread over an area of 720 square meters, having foundry as well as machining facilities. Saz Metals provides castings primarily to the sugar machinery manufacturers manufacturing bushes, bearings and liners for them. These are in various alloys of copper like gun metal, bronze (phosporous bronze, lead bronze etc) as per IS standards, these are also manufactured for all other machinery manufacturers and also in any designs as per the customers drawings. We have an installed capacity of 1000kg of casting per day and we also provide machining facilities for these castings. Various processes are used in manufacturing these castings such as sand moulding, shell moulding, centrifugal casting and even die casting. In order to maintain quality at all stages of manufacturing, first the raw materials are tested in our own laboratory for chemical composition, next after the metal has been cast and after being removed from their moulds they are checked for any physical defects. These are then provided to the machineist for machining as per the customers requirements to a proof machined state i.E keeping some allowance for final machining. This is done so that the castings are not rejected at the clients end, and if any defects found can be rejected at our end.Finally the castings are machined to size as per the final drawing sizes. All the above help in providing the customer the best available product.
Lately, recognizing a huge demand for industrial valves, a complete product range was developed by the company for the same. These included valves for pressure vessels, industrial boilers, dairy plants, chemical industry, petroleum, food processing and the compressor industry. The diversification into manufacturing these valves have proved successful and there has been a steady increase in the demand for the same.


Further widening the product range, we undertake complete sub-assemblies of sugar plants and provide these as a final product.

We are manufacturer and exporter of Non-ferrous alloys and castings.Our products are below:- 1)Castings:-Copper & Aluminium Alloy Ingots, Hydraulic bush, Bronze bearing for hydraulic press, Gun-metal cup bearing, Bronze solid rods & bushes, Gears & rings, Self lubricating bushes, Impellars & shafts, Valve body & cover. 2)Safety Relief Valve:-A SAFETY RELIEF VALVE is generally said to have a high lift and because of this action it is often referred to as pop type safety valve. 3)Strainers:-Y Type Strainer with stainless steel/brass perforated screen, screwed female connection and also in flanged connection. 4)Check/Non-Return Valve:-Check Valve with Gun-metal Internals. Also available for Chemical Applications. 5)Shut-off/Ball Valve:-BALL VALVE with Gun-metal body and ported S.S Sphere. 6)Regulating/Globe Valve:-GLOBE VALVE with screwed in bonnet and rising stem with backseat arrangement and beckelite hand wheel operated.
