Percos India was founded by Dr. (Sqn. Ldr.) V. K. Upadhyaya (M.D.), an acknowledged, eminent & qualified dermatologist having over 25 years of Industrial, Hospital and Clinical Exposure. Whereas the Director Operations Gaurav Upadhyaya, with a masters in the field of business administration heads the overall operations.

Percos has three strategic business units functioning as independent profit centers namely: Percos Dermatology segment of medical therapeutics; Dofila caters to the specific needs of Veterinary segment and its Natural care division manages Herbal Cosmeceuticals under the brand name of Qurika.
