Description :
If used as an EXHAUSTER and dust or liquids could drawn into the machine due to inadequate filtration, closed end filtors should be specified. This will minimize the risk of loss of dynamic balance due to material inside the rotors.
-The delivered air is guaranteed to be oil free because internal lubrication is unnecessary and because the blower is constructed with integral air vents which isolate bearing and gear lubricants from the compressions chamber.
-Noise levels are kept to a minimum. Mechanical noise levels have been reduced by the running accuracy of gears. Air noise is reduced by carefully designed air ports and generous casing thickness.
-The blower is designed for horizontal/vertical airflow.
5 bearing with shaft roller bearing suitable for V-belts and direct drives.
All machines are performance tested under the most arduous design conditions before dispatch.
-These compressors can also be used as air exhausters.
